You'll be sharing with Antonio (36), who works in hospitality, and Camilla (25), a dancer. The household is clean and organised, and we take turns cleaning to keep shared spaces tidy. We're looking for a considerate, clean flatmate who values a peaceful and respectful living environment.
The tenancy will be a takeover of my current contract. One month's deposit is required. Bills are excluded; WiFi costs around £10 per person per month.
