The house is in quiet neighbourhood. A stone’s throw from 2 parks and good transport links via victoria, piccadily and suffyG lines within 15 mins walking. Walking distance to local shops and supermarkets. The available room is a double size with a window and shelving, gets lots of light in the morning, facing the rear of the house into the back garden.

3 Bedroom property with 1 & 1/2 bathrooms, large living room, dining room, decent kitchen with side pantry and private garden with shed. 


You’ll be joining myself; Joshua 31, Ben 28 and Billy 12.

I work in music recording and enjoy music, of course, cooking, travel, movies, interior design, art, markets and boot sales. 


Ben works in international hospitality events management, enjoys music, travel, gardening, cooking and animals. 



Billy the chiuahaha enjoys walks, pets, treats and cuddles, is very polite and extremely gentle.

The house is very calm, peaceful and comfortable with space add and grow. We hope that whoever joins us will share our love of food and music. We enjoy hosting dinner nights and often cook elaborate meals together. The kitchen has an impressive amount of quality cookware between us. 


Both Ben and I are working professionals with active work, personal and social lives, and we ask that the person joining align similarly. Ideally, someone who is looking to make their house a home, as we do.

The house is furnished by us, but we are more than happy to accommodate anything you’d like to bring. The room istelf however, is unfurnished. You will require your own bed and mattress, etc.
