Quiet room with desk, MON-THU 3-4 nights p/week

**MON-THU LODGER LET**
I have a bright, large single room available in a quiet 2-bedroom flat with its own garden. You’ll be sharing the flat with me (a female) and my cat.
Ideally suited for a professional who works in London but has a primary residence elsewhere. The room is offered as a Monday morning to Thursday night let, with all bills and cleaning included. I plan to use the room for sewing over the weekend.

**The Room**
- Good size single room, not a box room
- Furnished with a single bed, shelf space, drawers (incl. sheets, bedding, and towels for your use), and a built-in closet for your sole use, which you can lock. Happy to remove plants and books if you prefer.
- A perfect office setting with a large height-adjustable (standing) desk, quality office chair, and access to ultrafast internet (600 Mbps fibre broadband)
- The room has a view of our garden, where I grow vegetables and herbs. Smoking is allowed outside.

**The Flat**
- modern, clean, warm, and peaceful
- You’ll share a newly renovated bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen, and a spacious lounge with a dining table, couch, and plenty of plants.
- Amenities: washing machine, dryer, microwave, oven, air fryer.
- Room for bike storage

**The Location**
- Situated in a quiet and safe neighbourhood on a low-traffic side street.
- Good transport links: Turnpike Lane station (about 10min walk away), Seven Sisters station with fast train to Liverpool Street. Buses 41, 67, 230, 341, W4
- Residential on-street parking is available but quite expensive
- Various supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, and Downhills Park are just around the corner.

**Your Flatmates**
You will be sharing the space with me, Sonia (40+ yo female), and my cat, Prince (7+ yo male). I'm friendly and respectful of others’ space - very used to living in a shared house. I am vegan, but do not mind if you cook meat or fish.
