We're 2 young professionals looking for a 3rd flatmate for one of the double rooms in our lovely flat in Harringay.

The property is a 3 bed flat, without a living room with shared kitchen and bathroom.

The room comes with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror, shelves and kallax unit.

We also have an attic where you could store some of your belongings. The area itself is great, with plenty of shops and restaurants around and an easy commute to central London (29 bus stop right outside the door, taking straight to Tottenham Court Road, also Manor House station 10 minute walk away- Picadily line)

Rental price is £560+ bills= around £660 per month.

References required.

We’re both very clean, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces and each other’s privacy. One of us is a bit more introverted and tends to keep to themselves, while the other is more chatty and enjoys socialising.
