Beautiful Single Room in Spacious 2 Floor Flat

We are three young professionals sharing a 4-bed, 2-bath house close to the vibrant Harringay Green Lanes. We have a beautiful single room available from end of April. You’ll be sharing with Hind (31, Italian, works in marketing), Molly (26, British, architect) and Annalisa (32, Italian, works in HR).
We are looking for someone friendly, clean and considerate who enjoys a relaxed home environment. Preferably female or LGBTQ+ aged between 25 and 35.
About the room:
The room comes with a small double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, wardrobe and in-built shelves. Each floor has its own bathroom; you'll be sharing the 2nd-floor bathroom (which includes both a shower and bath) with Molly, as well as a dedicated desk area and storage space on the landing.


Bills are roughly £110 per month, incl. electricity, gas, water, internet and council tax.
Shared spaces:
There is a large, welcoming living room and a separate kitchen. We have a cleaning rota to help keep the common spaces clean and tidy.


The area:
Harringay rail is only a 1-min walk away and Harringay Green Lanes is only a 5 to 10-min walk, with easy access to the Overground and buses (29, 341, 141). Manor House station (Piccadilly line) is a 10 to 15-min walk.


To get the ball rolling, the landlord requires a tenancy application which includes a copy of your passport or UK driving licence, last 3 months' bank statements, a written reference from your employer and a character reference.
