Double room in bright, spacious warehouse £780 PCM

2 rooms coming up in our bright, spacious and friendly 7 bed warehouse in the Haringay warehouse district, just by New River Studios. One from 1st of April, other from 1st of May.

The smaller room is £780 and the bigger is £800. We're queer, genderqueer and straight, with a mixture of jobs, interests and personalities. We all get on well and really enjoy doing shared things as a group at times or just good old chingwags in the kitchen, as well as it feeling like a very comfortable space to take the time you need to do your own thing whenever that feels right.

We put on the occasional banging party, like once/twice a year maybe and some gorgeous BBQ sessions on the deck over the summer, but we’re not a party house. We’re super respectful of each others’ need for quiet times, especially on weeknights as we all have various 9-5s, some WFH and some out of the house.
