Due to unforeseen circumstances i am having to leave my tenancy early, and as such there is a lovely quiet double room now available in Harringay! The existing housemates are three women in their mid-to-late twenties, all working professionals, who would like a like-minded female housemate to join the home.

The room is well sized (medium-large) and comes with a double bed, large built in wardrobe and storage, shelving units and side table. The room gets good light, and due to backing onto the canal path it is quiet and peaceful.

The house is large and spacious and has a large kitchen, dining room, living room, 2 bathrooms, and a utility room to dry washing in. There is an outdoor patio with a small table and chairs.

The house is in a great location for transport, 5 min walk from Hornsey overground and National Rail, 15 min walk from Turnpike Lane and Harringay Green Lanes.
Also walking distance from Crouch End, Alexandra Palace and Finsbury Park!

We are friends who have lived in this house together for over a year. We are all friendly working professionals and regularly spend time together in the house, cooking meals together and watching films, as well as going for a pint together. The dining room is perfect for hosting and we enjoy having people over for dinner.

We are all tidy and clean and take it in turns to clean the common areas. We are respectful and laidback housemates and we’re hoping to find someone similar who values a relaxed, friendly and considerate household.
