Mezzanine room in friendly warehouse flat :)

Hi there!

Sadly our lovely housemate Marta is moving into her own place so we have a spacious double room available in our four bed flat in the Harringay Warehouse District. It's a 5-10 minute walk from Manor House, Seven Sisters and Stamford Hill stations.

Features:

- Large outdoor decking with BBQ and an outside table.
- Large communal, open plan kitchen/ living room with plenty of natural light.
- ⁠Creative freedom to do whatever you like to the bedroom with no strict rules from landlord.
- Two bathrooms which we share.

The room is technically unfurnished but Marta is kindly leaving her bed frame, a clothing rail and wardrobe which you are welcome to take. Latest move in date is 20th April but if you need to move in sooner, we can be flexible.

Our neighbours are very friendly and down for a drink or two in the local pub (which is 2 mins away and serves banging pizza and £5 pints!)

We keep things quiet during the week as we have full time jobs!

- Shannon is from Brighton and works from home as a freelance copy writer.
- Her partner, James, is a surveyor from Oxford.
- Nick is from Adelaide and is a videographer, also working in a cafe/ wine bar.
- Lily is vegan, from Newcastle and works in the charity sector.

We're a chilled out, sociable bunch and are hoping to find a friendly, likeminded professional who brings a great energy.
