Room in friendly Harringay flat :)

Hi there!

Sadly our lovely housemate is moving out so we have a spacious double room available in our four bed flat in the Harringay Warehouse District.

The flat:

- Large outdoor decking with a BBQ and outdoor table
- Big, open‑plan kitchen/living space with lots of natural light
- Two bathrooms so you will share with just one other housemate
- Creative freedom to make the bedroom your own with no strict rules from the landlord
- Close to Manor House, Seven Sisters and Stamford Hill stations

About the room:

- The room is unfurnished
- Move in date is 11th June
- The room has an internal window overlooking the communal space, which is bright.
- Bills (wifi, council tax, gas and electric) are around £100 a month.

About us:

- Lana is from Latvia and works for a skin care brand which means fancy handwashes around the house!
- Nick is from Adelaide, a videographer and also works in a cafe/ wine bar.
- Lily is from Newcastle, is vegan and works in the charity sector.

We’re all pretty chill and independent, but we also enjoy hanging out together, whether that’s in front of the TV, heading to our local (New River Studio), or going to a day festival.

We are hoping to find a kind, fun professional who brings a great energy to the flat.

We will be arranging viewings from 18 May.
