2 week sublet in Haringey Warehouse

Room available from 16th April - 1st May. We can't do viewings of the room until the current occupier moves out, we don't know the date for that yet but it will obviously be before the 16th.

We are also looking for a permanent tenant to take the room from the 1st of May, but as we can't do viewings until closer to the date hence the fact we are currently just looking for a temporary person.

Room mostly unfurnished but will have at least a mattress. There are communal desks and workspaces elsewhere in the house if you need to work from home.
The room is up a steep flight of stairs and then the a mezzanine.

We are an open minded household of creatives with an inclusive and diverse mix of folk from around the world.
If you wouldn't mind telling us a little bit about yourself and how you may like to share the space, we can get back to you. The room has also been redecorated since the photos were taken.

We have a mixture of painters, film makers, photographers, a metal worker, architect, writers, musicians, and general makers who use the communal studio space, and also other professionals and key workers.

There are around 19 of us living together and chipping in to make it work. We have a cleaner included in the price, however there is also a cleaning rota that everyone must take part in. Extra facilities help to accommodate the amount of people. Including: three shower rooms, (one with a bath) two washing machines, tumble dryer, three cookers, two ovens, and two kitchen sinks. We have a projector and wood burner in the living room for cozy film nights and the outside yard/garden area is good for barbecues. The room comes with the opportunity for free off-road parking.
