Room Available in Creative Warehouse

We're looking for someone to fill a room in our 4 person warehouse in Imperial Works from the 19th of April. Not far from Markfield Park, the Canals and Wetlands, 5 min walk to a Lidl, and 10 min walk to Seven Sisters and Tottenham Hale stations. Not a party house and we keep the place tidy but we like the odd house dinner, drink, movie night or jam. The room is an internal room so it keeps warm in winter and cool in summer, and there is a fair amount of communal storage space. You're welcome to decorate it as you please! The unit itself has a sizable living room as well as a separate workshop so it's a great house for someone who enjoys DIY and the kind of artistic pursuits that take place in physical space.
We also have some outdoor space which we (try to) grow some veg and throw the odd bbq while watching the trains go by.
You'll be sharing with Sasha, Enzo, Eva and Roger the cat. A bit about us:
Eva (29) is a motion designer that likes to tinker with all things arty. Spends most days trying to keep her plants alive and moped running. Love the odd swim at the lido.
Enzo (27) is a set builder for theatres and if you don't find him in the workshop he's usually playing chess or Minecraft, or messing around on the guitar, bass or organ.
Sasha (34) spends a lot of his free time on crafts (winemaking, fermentation, soap making, cooking, etc.) Besides that, he enjoys discussing/dissecting books and films, and occasionally reviews plays for free tickets.
Some of us work day shifts and some work the occasional night so we try and respect each other on that regard but enjoy hanging out.
The room is £670 plus £10 for the kitty and unfortunately we cannot take anymore pets or couples. Sorry! Send us a little bit about yourself and we'll start house viewings this weekend.
