My friend (28 yrs old) and I (30 yrs old) have just put a deposit down on a lovely top floor, split level, conversion flat.

Unfortunately, the third girl has last minute pulled out and we really don’t want to lose the flat!

☕️ About us: we both work in financial services, are extremely friendly and respectful. We love going out to bars but also appreciate a girly night in with face masks and chick flick! We are respectful of others space and need for alone time.
