We’re on the lookout for a sweet new flatmate to join our 4 person flat near Turnpike Lane (Zone 3, Piccadilly Line) just a 5-minute walk to the station, with Lidl, Sainsbury’s, and Tesco all close by!

Costs: £625 p/m + bills
Move in: 18 may

We are a sociable flat that enjoys spending time together! We love sharing meals, going to gigs and dancing in our kitchen. We find it important to create a fun and caring home where people feel welcome and safe and silly!

- You'll be sharing a rowhouse with a garden/patio, kitchen and 1 bathroom with 3 others
-5 minute walk from Turnpike Lane station (Zone 3, piccadilly line), nearby supermarkets are Lidl, Sainsbury's, Tesco
- £625 per month for the room in the pictures (excluding bills and council tax)
- In a quiet residential area
-Room/house is fully furnished
-Landlord is very responsive
-Contract about to renew
-Smoking outside/in the garden

About the flatmates:

Nienke 26 y/o (she/her) i work as a sex educator in schools. In my free time I spend most of my time in the garden and parks, bake sweet treats, do anything creative and go on long walks and point at pretty houses. My main project these days is working in our garden creating a veg patch!

Antej 26 y/o (he/him) most of the time you will find me reading, cooking, doing some form of sport (swimming, running, bouldering) or watching something. Im currently doing a PhD in politics.

Chere 26 y/o (she/her) I like to wind down by experimenting in the kitchen, pond swimming, trying to tame the neighbourhood fox and rewatching fleabag. Am out most of the day for work but love that we’ve established a routine of eating together and boardgame night so would love for that to continue. P. s I cohabit with a house rabbit called zima who lives in my room. She’s very sociable and lovely and is always up for cuddles.
