7 week sublet of a spacious warehouse room

subletting my beautiful furnished room in our a large and bright warehouse conversion in Manor house as i'm departing on a road trip. i'll clear out the railings and some storage space for you to use during your stay.

this is a bright and spacious room with a high ceiling, mezzanine and skylights with a window that opens. you are also welcome to use the projector and the projector screen and speakers.

this room has a single bed and a couch, thus couples are not considered.

you'll be living with a mixed bunch of 19 lovely individuals with all sorts of backgrounds and interests. we're a mostly chill warehouse. for those working and/or creating from home, there is a large studio space and a big desk inside the room.

we have a bi-weekly cleaner and a kitchen rota to keep things tidy.

there is street parking outside, i can provide you with visitor permits, they cost 5.80 per business day.
