Looking for a peaceful, clean, and inclusive home? I’m looking for a new flatmate to join me in this lovely, modern apartment in the heart of North London.

The Room & The Flat
The flat is a fresh, newly finished 2-bedroom apartment on the second floor. It’s kept to a high standard—clean, bright, and uncluttered.
Furniture
The room comes unfurnished, giving you a blank canvas to make the space your own.

However, if you are looking for an easy move-in, the current flatmate is happy to sell their bed and high-quality mattress for a one-off payment of £150. It’s a great way to save on delivery fees and assembly time, but there is absolutely no pressure if you’d prefer to bring your own!

The Room: A spacious double room.

Kitchen/Dining: Benefit from a large fridge and freezer shared between just the two of us (no more "fridge Tetris"!).

Bathroom: Clean, modern suite with both a bath and a high-pressure shower.

Outdoor Access: While we are on the second floor, our lovely downstairs neighbors have invited us to use their garden whenever we like—perfect for summer evenings.

Turnpike Lane Station (Piccadilly Line): 8-minute walk.

Harringay Green Lanes (Overground): 7-minute walk.

Buses: Direct links to Stoke Newington (20 mins) and Central London (45 mins) right on our doorstep.

The "Landlord & Neighbors" Perk
We have a private landlord who lives just three roads away. They are incredibly responsive and helpful if anything ever needs fixing, but they give us total privacy. The neighbors downstairs are also lovely, making the whole building feel like a genuine community.

The Resident Celebrity
You’ll be sharing the space with a beautiful black cat. She is incredibly calm, sweet, and low-maintenance. If you're a cat lover, you'll feel right at home!

The Essentials
Rent: £850 per month.

Bills: £130 per month (fixed).
