Bright double room in a friendly Harringey house

Hi! We’re four professionals who’ve been living together for a few years, and we’re looking for someone chill to join our little household. Our home has a really cosy, welcoming feel, and we’d love to find someone who’ll fit right in.

The house
We’re on a quiet street in a lovely pocket of Harringay, just minutes from Green Lanes. The house is modern, spacious and full of light — four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a cute garden with a shed and BBQ, loads of storage (including a big attic), and a generous kitchen that’s a dream if you love to cook. It genuinely feels like a home.

The room
A bright double with a comfortable bed, chest of drawers, and wardrobe. There’s also a large desk and office chair currently in the room — happy to sell these on if you’d like them, otherwise I’ll clear them out before you move in.
Rent is £1,100/month excluding bills. Bills typically come to £150–£200/month between us.

Your housemates
The three of us work in healthcare, HR, and finance. We’ve been friends and living together for around two years, so the vibe is warm and easy-going. We hang out together often — weeknight dinners, lazy weekends, the occasional pub trip — but everyone values their own space and downtime too. It’s a good balance.

Harringay is a brilliant spot — buzzy, diverse, and full of great food.

Who we’re looking for
A laid-back professional who’s tidy, happy to muck in with the chore rota, and keen to be part of a proper home rather than just a place to sleep. We’ve put real effort into making this house feel like ours, and we’d love to find someone who wants in on that.
