Hi everyone!
After nearly 2 years in the flat, it is time for me to move on and I am therefore looking for a replacement in this 3-bedroom flat in Harringay.
The flat is around 350 metres from Turnpike Lane station on the Piccadilly line and with extensive bus connections, and 500 metres from Hornsey station on Great Northern. The shopping areas of Wood Green, Harringay Green Lanes and Crouch End are all within easy reach.
The room is a bright, south-facing double bedroom on the third floor with ensuite bathroom. The room is fully furnished and has great views – on a clear day you can see the Shard! There is a shared kitchen/living space with washing machine, dishwasher, electric hob and oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, dining table, sofa etc.
The current flatmates are both 23 years old. Niall is a law student currently working towards his SQE, and Via is a master's student studying architecture. They would prefer another student to move in to avoid paying Council Tax, but all are welcome to enquire!
High-speed WiFi is included, all other bills are not. There is no gas supply. Currently, a 1/3 share of the bills averages:
Water - ~£20/month
Electricity (including heating) - ~£45/month (can be up to £80 in winter, drops to under £30 in summer)
Council tax is Haringey band E.
In order to rent you must be able to demonstrate one of the following:
- Gross annual income of 30x the monthly rent or more (i. e. £30,000);
- Availability of a guarantor with a gross annual income of 60x the monthly rent or more (i. e. £60,000);
- If you have very substantial savings that leave your ability to pay the rent for long periods in no doubt, you are also welcome to enquire.
