I am looking for a friendly, clean male flatmate to share a spacious twin room in a great Zone 3 location. The room is bright, sun-drenched when the sun is out, and features its own private balcony.

The room is fully furnished with one single bed and one double bed (as shown in the photos), so you will have your own independent bed, alongside your own wardrobe, chair, and set of drawers.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with 1 gas stove, 1 electric stove, and 3 fridges.

Laundry: Washing machine and tumble dryer included.

Living Space: Shared living room with 2 sofas, a TV, and a dining table.

Outdoor Space: A massive backyard where we host a BBQ party about once every two months!

Hygiene: 1 toilet and 1 separate bathroom. We are very strict about cleanliness; the kitchen and toilets are kept spotless with a weekly cleaning rota for all shared spaces.

The location is perfect for commuters and students:

Tube: 5–10 min walk to Turnpike Lane (Piccadilly Line)—get to King's Cross in 25 mins.

Bus: 2 min walk to Falkland Road stop. Bus 29 goes straight to UCL/Soho (50 mins) and Bus 141 goes to London Bridge (1 hour).

Groceries: Asda Express (1 min), Tesco (10 mins), and Lidl/Sainsbury’s (15 mins).

Shopping: Wood Green Mall is just a 15-minute walk away.

The total rent for the room is £1,100 per month, split equally:

Your Share: £550 per month (All bills and Wi-Fi included).
Your Deposit: £275.
His Share: £550 per month.
