There is space in the living room for hybrid working - I’m a teacher so won’t be at home during the week so you can WFH whenever you like. (You could also fit a desk in the bedroom)
Crouch End Broadway is a 10/15 min walk and has excellent shops/ restaurants and Cafes.
Harringay Green lanes is a 10min walk where there is a big Sainsbury’s and Aldi
Tenancy is due for renewal in July so you would be taking over from my current flatmate. After living together for 10+ years he is relocating to Berlin
