Large cosy double room in Harringay

Hi, my spare double room on the first floor will be available from 21st of this month. You will share the shower room with toilet with two other people. Myself and another lodger on the ground floor have our own shower room and toilets facilities. The kitchen diner, including the washing machine and tumble dryer, and the garden are shared with the whole house. I am the live in landlord but I am usually away at the weekend and during the school holidays. However, my partner and I and our dog Ianka will stay at the property occasionally.
All bills are included as well as weekly cleaning of the communal areas.
The area is very well connected by buses (341, 67, 29, 141) , and the house sits equally distant and only 15-20 minutes’ walk from three tube stations: Manor House (zone 2), Turnpike Lane and Seven Sisters (zone 3). The property is therefore within easy reach of Central London.
We are conveniently close to amenities and parks.
