South Tottenham Sublet

Putting out feelers as I’m thinking of subletting my room in a large warehouse in South Tottenham from mid June. The room would be available until end of August. Some flexibility if you’d need to move in sooner (1st June).

It’s a large warehouse halfway between Stamford Hill and Seven Sisters station, not far from Lea river, Markfield Park and Fountayne Road.

We share a large kitchen and 4 bathrooms including a walk-in shower that I find particularly handy. In the kitchen you’d have dedicated fridge and cupboard space and we have a cleaner 3x a week. Bikes safely stay inside and you can use mine.

Lors of creatives and musicians in the house (music room included), there’s a garden at the back and my room is on the ground floor (there are a few steps), room is well insulated and has a white old school heater that works pretty well (hardly need to use it), the stairs outside the room can be noisy but I got used to it.

The room has a separate night space separated from the main area by a huge step (photo), I thought I’d try and add a step but also got used to it. It’s partly furnished with a mattress (but no bed base), a wardrobe, mirror, desk and armchair and it feels light and airy. Wooden floor is pretty nice too.

We have a great mix of ages in the house and everyone gets on well.

Viewings in the evening during the week and flex on weekends.
