Bright Double Room in Harringay/Finsbury Park

Hey everyone,

We have a room available in our 3 storey 3 bed house as sadly our friend is moving back to New Zealand! It’s a bright double room with a shared bathroom with one other (although there’s three toilets in the house)! The bed and wardrobe is provided but our current housemate may be happy to sell some furniture. We have a spacious open plan living kitchen with a cute homely feel, including being designated plant mums, candle lovers and self proclaimed artists with our homemade art.

We’re based right in heart of Green Lanes. Being 5 minute walk to Finsbury Park, Manor House tube station and Harringay Green Lanes overground as well as round the corner from a Sainsbury’s, gym and McDonald’s if that tickles your fancy.

It’s available from 5th July, rent is £775 per month and bills usually around £150. We don’t technically have a garden but there is outside space and park is 5 minutes away for all that vitamin D.

You’ll be living with Grace and Eve who are both 30 and been friends for 10 years since meeting in our prime on our University cheer team. We are semi retired party animals and both have busy social calendars but love to catch up over a sleepy tea with an episode of Traitors or Race across the world. We love to be sociable and come out of retirement on special occasions. Eve works in HR and Grace works in Finance (promise we’re not boring) and would love someone to join us on our Tuesday night Zumba.

We’re looking for someone like minded, clean and respectful to fit into our little home.
