2 Big Doubles Available in a Friendly House

We have two double rooms available in our female-only house from 5 July.

Two of our existing friends have just bought their own property and sadly are leaving us!

The house was renovated just before we moved in 5 years ago, so everything is modern and well kept! We have a huge kitchen/ living space, a big garden, 2 upstairs bathrooms and a downstairs toilet. A fortnightly cleaner is included in the rent.

It’s on the Harringay ladder, just off Green Lanes, so we have the luxury of being close to three stations. It’s a 10 minute walk to:
- Turnpike Lane (Piccadilly line)
- Harringay Station (National Rail)
- Harringay Green Lanes (Overground)

Nearby there is a massive Sainsbury's, shopping mall, lots of local cafes and tasty restaurants. We are close to Finsbury Park, which is great if you enjoy running ( I do!).

Our landlady is really great and deals with any issues straight away. The property is managed by Winkworth who will complete reference checks.

Room:
£700pcm each (both rooms are the same size)
Each room is fully furnished with a double bed, bedside table and chest of drawers.

Bills aren’t included, but we each chip in around £100 a month which covers everything.

Deposit is £640.

Your housemates will be 3 girls between 28-32. We’re a sociable lot and hang out together in the evenings and on weekends when we can and are a nice mix of young professionals.
