Double room with en suite | Harringay Ladder

Hi :) - I’m looking for someone to take an en-suite double in a 2-bed on the Harringay Ladder (N8)

It’s a beautiful, modern split level flat with lots of natural light and Velux windows throughout.

The bedroom is on the top floor so you’ll essentially have your own floor with en-suite, dressing area and loads of storage. There’s a little Juliette balcony too.

There’s a huge living room with bay windows and a large separate kitchen/dining.

Ideally looking for another gal in their thirties who enjoys their own space but also enjoys socialising (watching housewives with a glass of wine).

Move in date flexible but earliest would be 10 July.

You’ll be taking over a contract so will need to do referencing checks etc with the estate agents.

Council tax included in the monthly rent with all other bills (water, gas, fast internet and tv license on top.) £1325.

Also an option to have another double room room for £1225 inc council tax (you’ll technically have your own bathroom - the family bathroom with bath - on the same floor). Currently being used as an office but has double wardrobe - you’ll need to buy a bed so perfect for someone who would like unfurnished!
