Beautiful, bright room in a social warehouse.

The room is small but filled with natural light, and comes furnished with a bed frame, mattress, and a clothes rail. As a house, we’ve got a large kitchen, two bathrooms, and a lovely sunny balcony!

​About Us 🏡
​We’re a friendly, chilled-out house of professionals. Our current crew includes a mix of software engineers, charity workers, designers, barista, film technicians, a speech and language therapist, and a doctor. We also share the space with a very friendly cat called Darwin!

​We spend a lot of time socialising together—often cooking or watching TV in the evenings. Since a lot of us work from home during the week, we’re definitely not a party warehouse, though we do love to go out together or throw the occasional party!

​Cleanliness & Routines ✨
​We like to keep the place tidy and comfortable for everyone. To keep top of things, we have a cleaner who comes every two weeks, which works out to about £20 each per month.

​What We’re Looking For 👋
​We’re looking for someone who is equally friendly, chilled, and happy to be social with the rest of us! We are looking for someone who wants to settle in for the long term.
