Spacious room available in Green Lanes

Unfortunately, I am moving out of this lovely shared house and am looking for someone to take over my room. The house is spacious, has a large kitchen and shared living room with lots of light, a big TV and table for eating meals together or home working. There is also a lovely garden perfect for BBQs. There are two bathrooms with electric showers and a standalone toilet room. The room available is on the top floor with a double bed and mattress, a desk, chest of drawers, wardrobe and built in cupboard.

The house has 4 other renters and we all get along really well. I have lived with some of them for 2 years now and am very sad to go. We have BBQs together in the garden in summer and watch tv or go out to the pub together so they are looking for someone who is social, even if that is only to have a cup of tea and chat. As this is a mixed house and I am leaving, we are strictly looking for another male in a similar age range. This is an LGBTQ and mixed religion household.

Looking to move out at the end of the month but can be flexible. Rent is £664, deposit is £475 plus a £50 service charge for new tenants.
