Double bed- 720 pounds - zone 2 N4 

Hi everybody,

We’re looking for a new housemate, preferably male as we are all men in the house, for our place in N4 1JP, just off Green Lanes.

This is a five-bedroom house. We have a living/dining room, a new kitchen, one bathroom (with a second toilet downstairs), and a back garden.

We have a furnished double room available. The rent is £720 per month, including all bills (water, gas, electricity, council tax, and internet). We use everything very carefully. The minimum contract is 1 year, with a one-month deposit required. No couples, as the house is already shared by several people. No pets, as some housemates have allergies.

In terms of transport, Manor House (Piccadilly line, zone 2) is about an 12-minute walk, Harringay Green Lanes Overground is 3 minutes away, and Harringay rail station (runs to Moorgate) is about 8 minutes away. There are also many buses from the end of the road into the city centre (29, 141, 341).

As for us, we are four men in our 30s, all working professionals. We get on well, but we also respect each other’s space and don’t live in each other’s pockets. We are looking for someone quiet, and we all share a passion for video games.
