Double room in Harringay

Looking for aperson to takeover my room in N15 (Harringay Green Lanes/Turnpike Lane/Seven Sisters). It is a decent-sized room, with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and space for a desk if needed. The rent is £800 plus bills (which come to around £100-120 each month). There is a large kitchen, patio/garden, a shower room upstairs and shared lounge with small toilet. The room is on the ground floor. The room is not ideal for someone in a wheelchair.

There is the possibility that the move-in date can be earlier than the 15th of July - no later though.

This is a queer household, everyone is friendly and are close so looking for someone who likes to be social, spend time together watching movies, tidy and clean etc - the person taking the room has to be queer-friendly and welcoming 🙂
