Sadly, my current housemate is moving out due to a family emergency, so I’m looking for a lovely new housemate to join me in my 2-bed flat.

📍 Location:

* 5-minute walk to both Turnpike Lane and Wood Green stations

* Situated right behind The Mall Wood Green

* Great transport links, shops, cinemas (2 to be exact!), restaurants, and gyms on your doorstep

🛏️ The Room:

* Rent is £900 + around £150 to £200 (winter times) for bills. Deposit is £950.

* Double bedroom in a bright loft room with two large skylights

* Unfurnished (although my current housemate may be happy to leave a few items if needed)

* Move-in date is flexible, ideally looking for someone who can move in before beginning of August

🏡 The Flat:

You’ll be sharing the living room, kitchen, and bathroom with me. The flat is located on a quite road, ideal for anyone who WFH. There’s also private parking available for up to two cars. The flat is managed by a letting agency so you’ll need to provide references etc.. (the usual boring admin stuff!)

I’m a 31-year-old professional. I enjoy having a good balance between spending quality time together and respecting each other’s personal space. My job can be quite demanding, so I occasionally leave early or get home late, but I’m very considerate and won’t be disturbing your sleep!
I’d love to find a flatmate who feels more like a friend than just someone sharing the space. I’m always up for brunch, a drink or a cup of tea, and the occasional film night. Bonus points if you’re into thrillers or horror films!

🐱 Meet Cleo:

One very important member of the household is my cat, Cleo. She’s a small, sweet kitty who mostly keeps to herself, but she may occasionally come and ask for a few pets when she’s feeling social 😊
