Double room available in lovely Green Lanes flat

This is a really spacious flat right off Green Lanes. The area offers great transport links, access to amenities, and some of the best Turkish food in London, all on your doorstep.

The room comes with access to its own bathroom (en suite in theory, it's just not directly connected to the room) and a shared office/storage space with one other flatmate.

Two of us are leaving at the same time. We've found their replacement, and now we're looking for mine. The room is unfurnished, but I can leave a chest of drawers if needed.

A new tenancy agreement will be started with your name on so you’ll need to be able to provide references and so on. The landlord is great and fixes any issues straightaway.

In terms of move-in date, I am able to move whenever works for you which we can figure out if you decide to move in. However, I would like to move as soon as poss.
