2 spacious beautiful room in quiet friendly house

2 beautiful double rooms will be available shortly in our house share. This is a rather quiet professional NON SMOKING house share. We are looking for 2 nice new house mates (1 for each room) who are after a comfortable, peaceful home. The rooms are only available for non-smokers.

Room 1 is Available from 1st of July.
Spacious fully furnished room with double bed, huge double wardrobe, desk, chair, huge chest of drawers, shelves, mirror etc. Double glazed windows and wooden floor.

This is the room with light brown floor. The rent is £695/month all bills included (approx £160/week).

Room 2 is Available from 15th July.
The room is a huge (approx 4,5m X 4,0m) fully furnished room with double bed, coffee table with armchairs ,2 double wardrobes, desk, chair,2 chest of drawers, bedside table etc. Huge double glazed windows, the room gets a lot of sunshine.

This is the room with the white floor. The rent is £780/month all bills included (£180/week).

The house is close to Tube 6-7 min walk (or 2 bus stops), Zone 3 Turnpike lane station (Piccadilly line)
-15 min walk (5 min by bus), Zone 2 Manor House station.
-there are also great buses, 29 Trafalgar sq via Camden Town (24 hours service), 141 London Bridge, 341 Waterloo


Fully furnished house 1 complete bathroom with bath/shower/WC and 1 additional separate WC.
Shared large kitchen/diner. Fully equipped with microwave, cooker/oven, 2 fridge/ freezer, kettle, toaster, pots, cups, etc.

Fantastic garden for bbq's.

2 weeks deposit required in advance to secure the room for you. Also payable on your move in day your first rent.
The deposit is refundable at the end of the stay. All bills and Council Tax and Internet and TV licence are included in the price. The notice is 2 weeks only!
