Room in gorgeous Harringay house 🌷🏳️‍🌈

We have a double room going in our gorgeous house in Harringay!

Move in from 27th July - 1st Aug. Rent inc bills is 865, the bills sometimes change but the rent hasn’t increased in 3 years :p

The room is a double, upstairs, with the window overlooking the garden. It’s unfurnished but you are welcome to the existing bed/mattress if needed.

The house is a Victorian terrace house, with a living room, two bathrooms and a garden. It’s very well connected and you can be at Harringay green lanes overground, Harringay station, Manor House and Finsbury Park station all within 15 mins of walking/bus.

The house is bright and gets good sunlight, and the street is quiet despite being a couple mins walk from a high street. We have a great relationship with the landlord and they’re really responsive whenever we need anything to do with the property.

About us:
We’re a queer, friendly and sociable household. Meg (f28, she/her) is studying textile design and works in a bookshop, George (f26, she/her) works on the west end theatre production and Georgia (f27, she/they) works for a university.

We’re all friendly and sociable, and enjoy cooking, watching tv and sharing the shared spaces, but are also respectful of each other’s space. We’re not a party house but we do enjoy the occasional dinner party or gathering!! We are also near lots of lovely pubs and occasionally go out for a pint 🍺

About you:
The house very much feels like a home and safe space, we’d love someone who is friendly, clean and kind. Who’s mid/late 20s to mid 30s and is employed or studying.
