Lovely double room in Harringay Green Lanes

Hello! :)
Me and my flatmates are all professionals in our late 20s/early 30s and are looking for another friendly, respectful professional who enjoys having a calm, clean and comfortable home.

The most important thing for us is finding someone who cares about where they live and treats the house as their home.
We’re looking for someone who:

-Works full-time outside the home (we already have one flatmate that occasionally works from home so we don’t want the house to be too crowded).

-Is naturally clean and tidy and cleans up after themselves.

-Is happy to follow our weekly cleaning rota. (This one is very important and we require to sign the rota weekly)

-Has good common sense when it comes to shared spaces (not leaving dishes, clothes or personal belongings lying around the communal areas).

-Is respectful of the other people living here especially when it comes to using the kitchen/living room.

-Is quiet and not really a party person. We’re looking for a home that feels relaxed rather than a place where people are constantly hosting or partying.

-Doesn’t have a bike, as the one available bike space is already being used by another flatmate.

Rent is £585 per month + bills, which are usually up to around £100 per month.
Rent and bills are paid to me on the 1st of each month. The bills also include shared household essentials such as toilet paper, sponges, cleaning products, etc., so everyone contributes equally towards these.

The location is lovely, with lots of great Turkish restaurants, cafés and cute coffee shops nearby.

Finsbury Park: 5 minutes walk
Manor House Station: 10 minutes walk
Harringay Station: 8 minutes walk
Harringay Green Lanes Station: 2 minutes walk
