Renting my room out in August and September !

Hello everyone!

My name is Leo, and I'm renting out my room for August and September. There is no obligation to rent for both months. If you only need August or only September, that's absolutely fine. Ideally, though, I'd love to find someone who is looking for the full two months :)

A little more about the flat:

The room comes fully furnished with a double bed, desk, wardrobe, and plenty of storage space.
The flat itself is fully equipped and includes a spacious living room with two sofas, a dining table, and chairs. There is also a fully fitted kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher.
A rooftop terrace is also present, perfect for relaxing during the summer.
And lastly the rent would be at £800 per month, with all bills included.

The flat is located in North London, around 10 to 15 minutes by walk from Manor House Station on the Piccadilly Line (Zone 2) and approximately 5 minutes from Harringay Green Lanes Station.

The area is lively and very convenient, with plenty of shops and amenities nearby, including Lidl, Sainsbury's, cafés, restaurants, gyms, barbers, and other local businesses.

And to finish off, this is some little information about your potential future flat mates! (They are the best. This is obviously an objective and not biased view)

-A 23-year-old English professional who works in London. He's outgoing, energetic, sociable, and always up for a chat while still being respectful of everyone's space.

-A 27-year-old German British professional who also works in London. She's easygoing, thoughtful, organised, and creates a calm and relaxed atmosphere in the flat.

-A 20-year-old Italian university student, who studies with me. She's friendly, enthusiastic, considerate, and always brings a positive energy to the house.

The flat has a great balance between people enjoying each other's company and respecting privacy, making it a comfortable place to live.
