The details:
- Rent: £870/month.
- Bills: approximately £150/month.
- Deposit: ~£1115 (5 weeks deposit)
- Proof of income required for reference check. Private landlord, we have direct comms with her.
About your two housemates:
- Cáit, a 33 year old Irish gal working in tech.
Big tv binger, and loves running around the local area.
- Suzanna, 28, Marketing Exec from Sheffield. Interested in football, playing guitar and podcasts 💁♀️
About you..
We're hping to find a lovely housemates to make this house a home, and that don't mind pitching in to help maintain the garden 🌿 The house is kept clean and tidy. Considerate of noise and value others being the same. Would love a household where we hang out and watch TV, but also respect each other's privacy. Sorry but no students and no couples.

3 minute walk to Harringay train station. The train by the house is the Great Northern, which goes direct to Old Street, Moorgate/Liverpool St area in 20 mins. And is just one stop down to Finsbury park where you have the Victoria and Piccadilly line.

2 minute walk to local corner shop, coffee shop, and lovely Bonne Route wine bar.
10 minute walk to a big Sainsbury's.
Great neighbourhood with minimal noise. Short walk to vibrant Green Lanes, Finsbury Park, Crouch End.
