Looking to fill for 16th September latest with some flexibility for an earlier move-in date. Must be available to view IRL.

Bright double room available in our 3-bedroom flat, just off the savoury tapestry commonly known as Green Lanes. £800.50 PCM bills NOT included (usually around ~£160).
THE ROOM
The bedroom is generously proportioned, with a lovely large, south easterly skylight window which looks over the cityscape (facing off the road, nice and quiet) for stargazing or enjoying the crisp north London air. The room will come furnished with a bed, small clothes rail (not the one pictured), wall shelves and a chest of drawers. You also have your very own ensuite bathroom sanctuary. Bonus! It has a shower, basin with mirror cabinet and toilet.
THE FLAT
Has gas central heating, gas hobs in the kitchen and there's also a bath in the main bathroom, if you are so inclined. The living room and kitchen are a nice size and open plan. It's a really beautiful flat, it feels homely and calming, with lots of natural light for our growing collection of houseplants (please bring more)! The flat occupies the first and second story of the house; the stairs are narrow and steep so please bare this in mind with any access requirements. Not a party flat, we have (lovely) downstairs neighbour's of a similar age. We offer a chilled, relaxed vibe!
THE AREA
Green Lanes is one of the best places in London. If you're not familiar with the area, think balmy summer nights and vibrant, high grade Turkish cuisine. We're closer to Turnpike Lane (7 mins) than Harringay Overground (15 mins) or Seven Sisters station (15mins). The area is literally jam packed with local supermarkets, bigger supermarkets and a very quick hop to central London. We have a selection of local parks close-by for beers, walks or reading in summer and loads of great bars, too.

Clary is 34 and works as an art technician, Charlotte is 29 and works as an audio engineer.
We're looking for someone to maintain the friendly vibe the flat holds, ideally artsy and female/queer/non-binary. We're looking for someone clean, calm and sociable who doesn't mind chipping in to keep the place feeling homely.
Due to the cozy compactness of the flat, it is not appropriate for those who work from home, as the space can become cramped and restrictive, rather it's a beautiful place to come home to ;)
