My partner Emma and I renovated this property a couple of years ago into a beautiful ground floor warehouse with a gym and aerial and aerial yoga rigging points.
We are currently opening a new cabaret venue in Brighton, so we’ll be away for an extended period and are renting out one of the two rooms in the property.
The room is £950 per month, including all bills.
We’re not a party house. Everyone here works in the arts, circus, fitness, or life coaching, and the current housemates are aged between 25 and 40.
Many of us travel regularly for work, so the property is often quiet with plenty of space to enjoy. It has high ceilings and a relaxed atmosphere.
