Bright Convenient Warehouse Sublet

Sublet in the Warehouse arts district from 1st week of August until end September (flexible) for £800/mo all bills included at the corner of Overbury (not the gentrification station, nextdoor to that). An opportunity to try out a vibrant, creative makers' community.

We have 6 other flatmates, lots of natural light, a games room/photo studio, a kitchen, dishwasher, 2 cats, 2 bath, 2 shower, 2 washer dryer, 6 hobs and ovens for some reason. Nobody bites/pees on the floor and everyone is vaccinated. I'm only subletting because I'm stuck overseas. Towels and sheets and space to put your stuff away included.

Piccadilly, Victoria, & Overground lines within 15mins walk. 24 hour corner shop with fresh fruit within 5 mins walk, larger shops 15mins away.

Current flatmates are dancers, bartenders, actors, baristas, climate campaigners, leatherworkers, illustrators, biomedical lab techs. We do crafts and nights out together sometimes, but mostly go about our own business.
