Hi my name’s Emma, I’m sad to be leaving my house in Harringey but I will be moving in with a friend around mid August time. If you want more photos message me and I can send more it would only let me upload 6!

Rob, works in quality assurance
Cedric, manages two wine shops
Leon, newer addition to our lovely home
Lillie, works in housing
Everyone is so friendly and we regularly hang out. It may seem like a lot of people in one space but it’s a three bed house with three bathrooms and a spacious living room and kitchen and back garden. Before I moved in in August last summer, the house had been newly refurbished so some of the photos may look brand new but they’re from last summer and I have uploaded current photos too so you know the place hasn’t changed!
The house is a 10 min walk from Piccadilly line, overground, Hornsey train station, and a bus station.
It’s also a 15/20 min walk from a shopping centre with a primark etc and the other direction there’s a retail park with sainsburys and an Aldi etc. I’ve found it to be a really good location.
The rent is £760 with bills up to ~£80 a month. Also a brill landlord he’s very communicative and if we ever need anything fixed (which is rare) he will be around immediately.
