Friendly House Looking to fill a Room!

One lovely room for rent in five bedroom house on the Harringay ladder. 15 min walk to Manor House tube station and 5 mins to the overground with lots of shops/cafes/bars nearby. Friendly chilled out house sharing with four lovely gals 26-29 who love hanging out in the house, the occasional pub quiz & coffee walk looking for something similar (girls preferred pls!). House has two bathrooms, two showers, living room with TV and private garden with barbecue. Rooms come furnished and also sharing with a super cute labrador named Winston so liking dogs is a must. Move in would be early September.

The room is on the ground floor and faces on to the garden, slightly smaller but has enough room for a small desk/chair. Rent for this room is £800. The landlord is mentioning raising rent so this could go up by £40 potentially.

Bills are at a fixed price of approx £85 (which means unlimited heating!) plus the additional council tax (about £55). Deposit tbc with new regulations so I'll fill you in!
