A really light double room in a quiet two-person flat in a beautiful converted Victorian house. Available for a SHORT let only of between 2 to 4 months. All bills are included in that price including WiFi and Sky tv.

The flat is only an 8 minutes walk to Harringay station, or Harringay Green Lanes stations.

Flat is incredibly spacious, over 1,072 sq. ft (99 sq. m). My friends all say it has a lovely tranquil and calm energy.

Separate kitchen-diner with all modern appliances, and a beautiful big sunny window overlooking the gardens at the back of the house where I like to have my morning coffee.

So with two big living spaces it never feels crowded.

The Bedroom for rent is on the first floor, the same floor as the kitchen and living room and has a view out onto gardens at the back. I have all of the upstairs space (which includes a roof terrace which is only accessible only from the bedroom so is for my use only).

The room comes furnished with an extremely comfy new double bed, a bureau desk, and plenty of wardrobe space to study or write.

The kitchen is big and fully equipped, with a washing machine, fridge / freezer and a dining table that seats 4.

Location: 8 minutes' walk to Harringay station (fast trains to Moorgate/Kings Cross), 5-10 minutes to Harringay Green Lanes Overground and local buses, and 15-20 minutes' walk (or a short bus) to Manor House on the Piccadilly line. Finsbury Park and the Green Lanes restaurants and supermarkets are on your doorstep. It's a quiet, safe and friendly neighbourhood.

The flat is a spacious converted house. Downstairs is a separate flat with a quiet, polite couple, and the neighbours are lovely.

A little about me: I'm a professional woman working in regulation. I work from home most days. I enjoy a very quiet home, staying active (I’ve recently got back into open water swimming again and love it!), literature, art, nature and travelling, good wine. I'll be your landlady. I’m very respectful and I am proud of my beautiful home. I would love a flat mate who has their own life and hobbies but who appreciates a quiet and peaceful home to come back to and the occasional chat over a glass of wine.

Note: Not suitable for someone who needs to work from home regularly as I work from home most days and need privacy for calls.
