I am looking for a woman to take over my room in a lovely Victorian house in Haringey.

​The bedroom features a double bed, desk, large wardrobe, wooden flooring, and high ceilings.

​The housemates are women aged 30 to 45.
Everyone is respectful, tidy, considerate, and mostly keeps to themselves. It is a great place for someone who values privacy and a quiet home. Please note that unfortunately no students can be accepted. There are also two cats in the house, but they stay in their rooms most of the time.

​Location is great with access to the Overground and Tube via a 10-15 minute bus ride. Lots of local independent shops, cafes, restaurants, and large supermarkets nearby.

Rent: £550
Water: £21.84
Council tax: £42
Internet: £6
Gas and electric: £20-40 approx (based on usage)

​Agency reference requirements:
The agency will require photo ID, recent bank statements, previous landlord reference(s), and recent payslips or an employment contract (or a guarantor letter if you do not have regular income).
