Double Room in Friendly Calm House in N15

Our housemate is moving abroad, so we're looking for someone to take over her tenancy from 23rd August.

The room is a ground-floor double overlooking the garden in a four-bedroom house on a quiet residential street near Chestnuts Park. It's a great location with excellent transport links (close to Seven Sisters, Manor House and Harringay Green Lanes), with cafés, restaurants, pubs and shops all within easy reach.

- Bills: approximately £100-150/month (council tax band D)
- Deposit: £550
- Proof of income required for agency reference check

The house has a shared living room, separate dining room, kitchen, bathroom (with bath and shower) and a good-sized garden.

You'll be living with two guys and one woman (aged 33–41) who work in the creative industries and hospitality. We're friendly and enjoy catching up in the communal areas (we're hoping to get a TV back in the living room soon!), but everyone has their own lives.

It's a calm, quiet home. We like keeping the communal spaces clean and comfortable, and everyone is considerate of each other's routines.

Two of us have long-term health conditions, so a peaceful, low-stress home environment is important to us. We're looking for someone who appreciates that kind of atmosphere and wants somewhere that genuinely feels like home.

Ideally, we'd love to find someone in a similar age range who's happy to pitch in around the house and garden. We'd also prefer someone who doesn't work from home full-time (or only does so occasionally), although we're happy to chat if you think you'd be a good fit.
