Huge, Bright Room in Lovely House (Sep->Jan/Feb)

I’m subletting my large double room in Harringay from September until January/February while I’m away.

Rent is £800
Bills are £110 (for everything!)

All in £910!

The room is on the top floor, so it gets lots of natural light and is especially nice in the evenings when the sun is setting :)

It’s a great size and comes fully furnished with a double bed, large chest of drawers, clothes rails and a big built-in wooden desk under the window, so it’s also perfect for working from home.

The flat has a bright living room, separate dining area, large kitchen with a washing machine and plenty of storage, and a bathroom with a bath and skylight.

It’s just off Green Lanes in Harringay and is very quiet, despite being only a two-minute walk from the main road, where there are loads of great restaurants, pubs, bars and cafés. Some favourites are the Turkish restaurants, The Salisbury pub and Jam in a Jar, which has regular live music.

There are also lots of nice green spaces and parks within a 5–10 minute walk.

Transport links are great for getting into central London and around North London:
Turnpike Lane, Piccadilly line: 10-minute walk
Harringay Green Lanes: 10-minute walk
Harringay Station: 15-minute walk
Manor House: 20-minute walk

The 29, 141 and 341 buses also run every few minutes.

You’ll be sharing with two lovely housemates, Flo and Emma, who work in comms and marketing. It’s a friendly, easy-going, arts and crafts kind of house where everyone cleans up as they go. We also like hanging out together and going on the occasional outing :)

We’re looking for someone clean, respectful and friendly who will fit into a relaxed household.
