Double Room in Friendly Warehouse Community

Hi! I’m moving out to move in with my boyfriend, so I’m looking for someone to take over my room.

The room is a spacious double with plenty of space for both sleeping and working from home. It comes unfurnished, but I’m happy to leave some or all of the furniture for an agreed price if that’s useful.

* Double bed with a high-quality Emma mattress
* Bed frame
* Chest of drawers
* Clothes rail (walk-in wardrobe style)
* Desk

The best part of living here is definitely the people. The house is shared with seven friendly professionals from a mix of creative, corporate and healthcare backgrounds, and there’s a real community feel.

Everyone has their own lives and respects each other’s space, but people also enjoy spending time together. It’s common to cook together, watch a film, have a drink after work or join social events with neighbouring warehouse houses. There are occasional parties and gatherings, but this isn’t an all-night party house.

We’re ideally looking for someone who enjoys shared living, communicates well, is respectful of others and would like to be part of a friendly household rather than simply renting a room. Previous experience of community living would be a bonus.
