Double Room in Friendly Warehouse for Female

Hi everyone! I’m moving in with my boyfriend, so I’m looking for someone to take over my lovely double room in our warehouse home.

📍 Location: 91 Vale Road, N4 (Haringey / Manor House area)

💷 Rent: £820 per month (bills included)
💰Deposit: £700
🧹 Professional cleaner twice a week
📅 Move-in: Flexible, anytime before 31st August

The room is a spacious double with plenty of room for both sleeping and working from home. It can be furnished or unfurnished—all of the furniture can either stay for an agreed price or be removed before you move in. Please note, there is a column in the room (see last picture). I tucked behind my open walking wardrobe so it wasn’t an issue at all for me.

The house is what really makes this place special. You’ll be living with seven friendly professionals from a mix of creative, corporate and healthcare backgrounds. Everyone has their own lives and respects each other’s space, but we also enjoy cooking together, watching films, grabbing a drink after work and occasionally joining social events with neighbouring warehouse houses. It’s a sociable home without being a constant party house.
