Bright double room in Harringay :)

Hi!

We’re looking for someone to take over my lovely and large double room in a spacious house in Harringay.

The room is really bright, especially in the morning, with high ceilings, wooden floors, a large window and an original fireplace. Theirs is a small build-in wardrobe and plenty of space for a proper WFH setup.

The house itself has lots of character and plenty of communal space. There’s a large kitchen/dining area overlooking the garden, a cozy main living room and a second living room, which is mostly used for drying laundry and extra communal space.

We also have a private garden which is lovely when the weather is nice. 🌿

There is one shared bathroom in the house. With everyone’s different schedules, there generally aren’t many overlaps, so this hasn’t usually been an issue.

You’ll be sharing with three girls
Angie, Ieva and Nife.

The girls get along well and enjoy spending time together, while also having their own lives and routines. We’re looking for someone friendly and considerate who would be happy to make the house their home while also respecting everyone’s space.

There is a weekly cleaning rota to help everyone keep the communal areas clean and tidy.

📍 Location

The house is in Harringay, close to a shopping area with supermarkets, gyms, convenience stores and plenty of other shops and amenities nearby.

Transport links are really convenient:

* 5-minute walk to Harringay Green Lanes
* 10–15-minute walk to Harringay station
* 15–20-minute walk to Manor House station (Piccadilly line)

Bills aren’t included and come around £130 per month.

Please be aware that the rent will increase minimally in October to meet the updated markets rate for 2026.

The room is available from 29th of August.
Although, there is some flexibility in the move-in date, up to the 29th of September (but ideally looking for someone to move asap).
