Large double room in Harringay – 2 month stay

I’m looking for someone to take over my room in our lovely 3-bedroom flat in Harringay from 25 September until the end of November (with flexibility). I’m moving back to Australia as my UK visa is ending, so sadly need to find someone to fill my spot!

The room is a large double with a bed frame + mattress, desk and chair, bookshelf and heaps of cupboard/storage space, so there’s plenty of room to make yourself comfortable.

Rent: £682 pcm
Bills: approx. £150 pcm (give or take)
Deposit: £767
Available: 25 September – end of November (with potential extension or group move-out)
Stay: Ideally the full 2 months minimum

The flat 🏡

The flat has three bedrooms, a shared living room and shared kitchen. It’s a calm, quiet and relaxed home rather than a party house. We’re all social but generally like having our own space, and we give each other a heads-up before having people over.

You'd be living with Holly and Dais, who both work in the creative industries. They’re lovely, chill and easy-going people who mostly keep to themselves, but enjoy doing things together when schedules allow - things like going to markets, D&D, K-pop, reading and ice-skating at Alexandra Palace.

We're ideally looking for someone around 24–30, working full-time in London, who is tidy, considerate and occasionally social. Someone who enjoys having a friendly home but also values a bit of peace and quiet would be a great fit.

The area 📍

Harringay is a really lovely, safe and well-connected area, with loads of cafés, restaurants and shops nearby — particularly lots of great Turkish food!

🚇 15 min walk to Turnpike Lane Tube
🚌 Lots of buses along the main road, around 5–10 walk away
🛒 Local Tesco around 5 mins away
🛍️ Larger shopping centre with Aldi, Sainsbury’s, a gym and TK Maxx 15–20 mins away
🌳 Finsbury Park is about a 15 min walk, great for walks, runs or picnics

Overall, it's a really nice spot if you want somewhere quiet and comfortable but still well connected to central London.
