Beautiful furnished studio flat

I am moving in with my friend and need to find someone to move into my gorgeous little studio flat. Looking for someone to move in at the end of October.

It’s part furnished, has very good light and big windows. Great for people watching. I’m a woman and Iive here on my own and feel very safe walking home even late at night.

The flat is right on Green lanes and has quite a few good transport links close by. Piccadilly line is a 7 minute walk and overground is about 10 minute walk away. Lots of different bus connections, some of which run all night, also very close by. Piccadilly line will take you to central London in 35 minutes and Victoria line (change at Finsbury Park, 2 stops away) will take you to Brixton in 45.

There are various shops close by, Asda express and Tesco express are about a 5 minute walk, Lidl, big Sainsburys, Superdrug and Poundland are about a 10 minute walk. There is also 2 parks near and 5 minute walk to the gym.

The neighbours are all lovely and quiet. The flat is on the top floor.

Rent is £975 and includes water. Electricity and council tax are separate.
