Double Room Available in Manor House Warehouse

Hi all,

I'm moving out to my own place, so am looking for someone to take over my double room in our warehouse home.

I've really loved living here over the last year and am close friends with many of the flatmates so will be very sad to leave!

📍 Location: 91 Vale Road, N4 (Harringey / Manor House area)

💷 Rent: £778 per month (bills included)
💰Deposit: £620
🧹 Professional cleaner twice a week
📅 Move-in: Flexible, but ideally within the week of Oct 23 - Nov 1

👗 Clothes rail

The house includes:
• Huge open-plan living and dining area
• Two fully equipped kitchens
• Two bathrooms
• Outdoor 'yard' area we share with the other warehouses. We frequently do bonfires/bbqs here

We're looking someone who is familiar/enjoys living in a community space and is sociable yet mindful of shared spaces. We all have very different occupations so have our own routines but spend a lot of time with each other (watching movies, going to the pub) so are looking for someone who will be a part of that.
