Fantastic Victorian House

We have one room available in our delightful house. This is a large house over three floors; each floor has a bathroom. We have a large sofa area in the kitchen and a separate living room. We have a huge dining table and a lovely back garden which is good for BBQs.

The room is located on the first floor with a bathroom shared with two other people.

Current tenant's ages range between 25-38:
1 English (M) - PT - English
1 Irish (M) - Project Manager - Irish
1 English (M) - Engineer - English
1 English (F) - Travel Agent - English
1 Australian - Hospitality - Female

The majority of us in the house have been here long term and we have created a mini home away from home.

We are all professionals and work similar hours Monday to Friday. We are looking for someone respectful and friendly and who likes to socialise with the rest of the house. Monday to Friday the house can be quiet but at weekends expect it to be more relaxed with a few drinks every now and then.

We are a tidy bunch, and everyone does their bit; we also have a cleaner of 3 hours per week.

Additional bills are roughly £130 per month including Virgin TV, water, electricity and gas, and a cleaner. We have gaming-speed WiFi 1000mbps and an upgraded high-volume router, which suits the WFH environment.

We also have a house cat Franklin, who believes he owns the house ;)
