The majority of us in the house have been here long term and we have created a mini home away from home.
We are all professionals and work similar hours Monday to Friday. We are looking for someone respectful and friendly and who likes to socialise with the rest of the house. Monday to Friday the house can be quiet but at weekends expect it to be more relaxed with a few drinks every now and then.
We are a tidy bunch, and everyone does their bit; we also have a cleaner of 3 hours per week.
Additional bills are average out over the year at about £130 per month. This includes Virgin TV, water, electricity and gas, and a cleaner. We have gaming-speed WiFi 1000mbps and an upgraded high-volume router, which suits the WFH environment.
