Big, bright double room in beautiful N4 house

We have a double room available in our big, beautiful house from 2nd June. The room comes furnished with a (very comfortable memory foam) bed and two big chests of drawers, with a big window overlooking the gardens. Our house is huge for London! Split over two levels, we have a big living room where we have hooked up our Netflix to the tv (priorities), with double doors leading into another big kitchen/diner where we have a table, tv, washer and dishwasher - all the essentials! We also have a spacious entrance porch on a lower level which is great for storing shoes and coats. The house has stripped floorboards throughout and big high ceilings, and we have a wooden Sheila maid in the diner (a big wooden airer thing attached to the ceiling) which is amazing for drying big things like bedding quickly.
The flat is 2 mins walk from Harringay station, which takes you to Finsbury Park (Victoria/Piccadilly line) in less than 2 minutes. It's around a 5 minute walk to the Harringay Green Lanes overground and around 10 mins walk to Manor House tube. And we're located just off Green Lanes, next to all the amazing Turkish restaurants and supermarkets - the latter which are 24 hours which makes the area really safe. 5 mins walk away we also have a big superstore Sainsbury's, a fitness first gym and places like Homebase, TK Maxx and McDonalds, and the north London Mecca that is Rowans is just down the road.
The rent is 630 and the deposit is the same - our landlady is great and deals with us privately, so no nightmare agents involved! Bills are extra and comes to approx an extra £100 per month for council tax, gas and electric, water and internet.
And now about us! We are two sisters who have been living in London for years - Amy is 29 and an educational researcher and Grace is 28 and a fashion journalist. We both live pretty busy lives, going to the gym and socialising/generally living life as all Londoners do, but we do sometimes like to do things as a house with our current flatmate as well, such as going for brunch or to the pub for a roast or binge watching tv. We tend to be pretty quiet during the week, often aren't in that much but we aren't a party house, and we love to keep things clean and tidy and make our house a home.
